Tooth Gem aftercare:

Curing can take up to 48-72 hours, but should be cured within the first 24.

Do not touch, pick at or play with your tooth gem(s). 

Avoid drinking anything other than water (No soda, coffee, or tea) for the next 12 hours.

Water can be drank immediately after application. Do not eat for 1 hour after the gem has been placed. Avoid hard foods or candies and stick to soft foods for the first 12 hours. Definitely stay away from excessively chewy foods like gum. Make sure 

to rinse your mouth after eating. 

Avoid smoking for vape for the next 12 hours if possible. 

Alcohol is to also be avoided for the first 12 hours.

Do not brush directly over the gem for the first 12 hours. After that you can gently brush teeth using 

a soft bristle toothbrush. If you use an electric toothbrush avoid using that for the first 48 hours, but 

soft bristle toothbrushes are best. Electric toothbrushes can be a bit aggressive.
